Yeah, except that Tracker was originally Canadian, and arguably still is (because it's management never changed) -- a subject you didn't allow to be discussed.

So you booted people from your section of SI *NOT* because their posts were off-subject, but because you were protecting SamDan from my posting OF HIS OWN WORDS (from a private email to me, the authenticity of which he admitted online) which proved his pumps of TRKR were based on nonpublic insider information.

What's funniest about this is the extraordinary nastiness of SamDan -- as evidenced by his posts in this group. In the end I was proved right and SamDan wrong, but his nastiness remains.

IMHO dishonestly using your own rules to protect someone who trucks in inside information is, um, maybe not smart.

===============
The Tracker Corporation of America develops, markets, sells and operates a personal property marking and monitoring system. The Company's technology utilizes advanced bar code and laser-scanning technology that interfaces with a computer database and scanning network to create an identification system. The Company's Website is located at www.tracker.com. TCA's current business began through a reorganization in which the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding voting shares of Tracker Canada in exchange for approximately 90% of its total voting shares. On January 27, 1998, Tracker Canada declared itself insolvent and a trustee in bankruptcy was appointed to liquidate its assets. The trustee sold the assets of Tracker Canada in February 1998

Al,

I well understand where you are coming from. However, I would be very careful about coveting the posting rights of someone like Sam-Dan.

I am also away of the high risk of the penny stocks. I am also aware there are people like Sam-Dan who make a mistake and due to their knowledge and a way with words try to pump their way out of mess on the backs of new investors which they try and lure in by impressing people with their vast knowledge of the situation at the same time they are trying to ease out of the stock.

This is what Sam-Dan did on the TRKR situation with Bruce Lewis.

I'll leave it at that. You know what I am talking about, I know what I am talking about. The difference is, I won't turn my head.
