Hi William,

I was referring to the (Past history) private offering where KVHI raised 19.5 million by selling shares at 6.50 per share. This money was raised in an effort to expand their R&D on new products initiatives.

Congrats you've just purchased a little known stock with huge potential.

Hold with Confidence and enjoy.

Welcome William,

Yes. Robert was referring to 2000 and 2001 events. I recently updated the thread header post for convenient research links to past events. You will find the pertinent info there.

KVH has all the funding they need. All their business operations are cash flow positive. It's just their election to accelerate R&D to enter major new markets that has kept us in the loss column the last few quarters. The R&D is projected to drop after Q2, with a small loss projected in Q2 and a small profit in Q3. Starting in Q4 they are currently projected to average about 9.5 cents per quarter through 2003.

Hi Bob,

This is one organized thread! Great chronological summary of the Quarterly earnings and the CC's.

David, Sector Investor and yourself are doing some great work over here.

I just listened to the April 25th CC. I printed off the transcript, I think you gave me you're and I must have put it down before I left your house or maybe left it on the car. :-)

I was tired -g- Thanks for the run through on KVHI. very very interesting.

John
