Look If his email and whatnot shorted offshore and did not check the 1040 for having offshore ... that alone is a major bust. This is just beginning and I believe will be a land mark.. I believe that there will be a link to 9-11 in the finaicial network and then what will all the emailers and database think of themselves .... I will watch and post my opinion as is my right by the constitution of the USA. I hope the government takes no mercy and nails every subscriber and email name in his database. Maybe they maybe they wont. :-) Gary
