That is the real quetion. Given the concern about balance sheets in the telecom area, the pressure on entire sector and the performance of major players like Worldcom, long distance revenue being halved every two years, ---just when does anyone expect significant spending in the telecom area?

We need to the MARKET come back before we can expect the telecom sector to return. With all of the consolidation occuring in this sector, the survivors will forge ahead. I'm waiting with my position in INPH still intact. Keep the faith, eye on the prize, stick on the ice.
