C'mon Laz ... shorting and bashing is no different than a P&D email ... Except Rico makes it a bit more different and anyone who lost by this email and what not should sue the entire database under Rico to recover losses... Read Rico and the entire database are shorters not longs or investors. Also since it focused on OTC that means everyone on the email most likely has an offshore account to avoid transparency and so much more. Your arguement of defense is extremely weak. :-) Gary
