Yes, KCA is a customer of CERT's, but I don't think ECC is used in their RASP product line. And beyond that, KCA just recently bought Karthika Technologies who has their own ECC.

Indexed funds and funds that are not allowed to hold companies that aren't in the TSX Comp index must readjust their portfolios (remove deleted components, add new components) by the end of next week. I'm not sure of the timing of sales/purchases, but I suspect most of the price impact is already reflected since Bay St. has a pretty good idea ahead of time of which were the target stocks. My deletion list only took into account the size requirements; the others were based on price and liquidity requirements. Rob
