Sounds very much like Dick Cheney's 'view of the world'...

...in which he -- with only raw power as his diabolical motivator -- could control the entire global population from the 'safety' of his bunker.

After all, he's got enough money ($40 million public and 'god knows how much' offshore) and a bad ticker...
