If you think we have seen capitulation, look back at 1974-75. That was real capitulation. The public dumped stocks and mutual funds for years. What we have seen so far is just a warm up for the real thing. Only the NAZ has been decimated -- the rest of the market is not much off its highs and valuations are exponentially higher that at previous major troughs.

More rallies -- of course. But a new bull market? Not even close.

If huge fear and pessimism HAS been going on for the last two years......would the nasdaq rise 200 points in less than 10 trading days in that enviroment? Curious?
