peter michaelson-- most likely nearly all subscribers are 'squeeky clean'. Ben Cartwright died long ago--- at least at the time the tech bubble burst. It is for just the reasons you state there will be no big deal made of the people that subscribed. If there is anything found on any individual it would most likely be something unrelated to the association,,, like failing to report income,, as you mentioned. If found it will be dealt with on an individual basis. No agency has enough to gain by going on a witch hunt of those that subscribed... especially as the civil side could blow up and cause excessive & unwarranted litigation.

I'm about the most squeeky clean person you will ever find

You also have a kind heart and gentle spirit. Nobody can ever take that away from you Peter :-)

It was a pleasure and a privilege spending time with you.

I don't think it is wise to assume everyone on his site is going to be eventually indicted.

I do think it is wise to assume everyone will be scrutinized by the government.

I don't think it is wise to assume no one but Elgindy, Peters, and Royer will be indicted.

Do you not think it quite possible that the government will go for the little guy in hopes of finding a turncoat. Someone in this mess is going to give it up to protect him or herself. The question is who and when. Elgindy himself may turnover if there is a bigger fish to catch. Would the Feds plead him out to lesser charges to uncover the moles in the government. Or would the two moles already captured simply rat out Elgindy for a lesser charge.

Having said all of that, I do have a question for you. Do you have any idea/speculation as to why all monies were going to be funneled to Lebanon?
