Ga Bard-- under RICO a lot COULD be done. It is unlikely much if anything will be. Some may be looked at but in order to keep litigation at a sane level or nonexistant any infractions should be dealt with on an individual basis. If a subscriber was found to have 1040 problems the irs would address that issue and with no publicity. Per usual irs practice deals would be made and *POOF* its over.If it is found others had fbi or other contacts that were unlawful those items MAY be made public..... depending on what else the media has to play with at the time.. If not for the number and severity of the charges this would have never made the news... Extortion & corruption are always headlines-- only the recent acctg messes have made insider trading isues 'news'.
