DWB, checking back on my 11 pages of conference notes, I have the following information. The 6000 series of chips represents the 9th generation of improvements. The 7000 series would be the 10th generation. The 7000 series would be characterized by more integration--combining basic functions with added features such as image processing, Bluetooth, 802.11, UIM, etc. As these new features are added, the RadioOne technology becomes more important, saving roughly 50 percent of the components for chips without RadioOne.
