Hi Captain ... It is the people like tool dude (on ignore)that this database is so hated. I feel AMR might have done a tiny amount of good but the whole scenario stunk two years ago and got worse to the point anyone with any common sense knew something was terribly wrong ... I even could not understand why some journalist looked upon him so admirably and debated that with them.

However the government does not place Rico on someone carelessly. Also this is not the SEC but the Attorney General. The SEC would have just slapped his hand and charged him some tiny fee. This action he is looking at hard time.

You are right only a few will condone his operation. He became what he was exposing through inside NCIC access a long time ago.

But who knows OJ was acqitted.
