"NEVER EVER BUY OR TRADE A STOCK BASED ON SOMEONE ELSE" Good advice however I, like many others, lurk to see what others may be looking at as a starting point for my own DD. Miss a lot of good opportunities by not just jumping in and also missed a lot of losers. Thats me, I know others choose to blindly follow Gurus or whatever and thats their choice. Lets look at "short and distort", love that term and what you seem to be saying or implying or whatever is that was Tony. Define "short and distort". To me distort means lie or misstate the facts or am I wrong. if one were to lie or misstate why would you need the FBI information? Surely that, if the charge is true, was to verify the information and post the truth. Where is the distort you are so keen to have us see? To me P&D is an often used term and sometimes does not apply. All this talk about legal action by others will hinge on Tony having lied in his posts. If so why the FBI information? If so why was he not taken to task sooner? Sorry Gary but to me this is about did he extort shares? The rest of seems fill as you are starting to appear also. "short and distort" sounds good but the distort seems hard to find at this point. Branding all who short as distorting does seem a goal for some at this point though
