John, You've gotta say go, Ma. <g> Actually, nearly all frauds are sued by their families. That way, the insurance or the firm's coffers can pay off the family first. It is very common for a broker to manage a large account for a family member or friend, make obviously illegal decisions and then get fired while the firm foots the bill in arbitration. Then broker and family member split the booty and live happily ever after. I don't think $30,000 will do it, though. <g>
