Hi Sword - Have not seen any messages from you here in a long time. I hope these allegations against Tony from this FBI "sting" operation are not true.

These allegations do not fit the ethical nature of the Tony that I knew when I was a member of his private site a couple of years ago. I believe these FBI agents, alleged to be part of this indictment, may be "double agents" in this FBI sting setup to get Tony.

I always thought Tony was too aggressive and verbal in trying to be the "Robin Hood" of his private group and others who have read his messages on Silicon Investor since 1998.

Unfortunately, his children and wife are the ones who shall suffer the most from this FBI "witchhunt" sting operation.

He made too many enemies with the "establishment" brokers, who have openly lied to investors with their 99% bullsh*t stock ratings and recommendations with the objective to move the stock prices of targeted companies in their favor.

These brokers (or "crooks" - licensed and protected by the SEC) need the media redirected away from the recent attention of their history of bullsh*t or poor stock recommendations. These allegations against Tony are helping the real crooks achieve that objective.

It is my hope that most, if not all, these allegations against Tony are proven not to be true in a court of law.

It is also my hope that small investors have seen enough proof recently (from the small samplings of proof from the NYC Attorney General's Office) to know now that these large "investment houses" are the real "crooks" and "gangsters" in our society with their open manipulation and control of stock market prices via the activities of their market maker, specialist and analyst personnel.

The "checks and balances" of the securities industry does not work cause these gangsters are in control of manipulating the stock prices of companies.

Unfortunately, the SEC, being a large bureaucracy, is only interested in the survival of their own organization, and not in restructuring the "checks and balances" to take control away from these investment houses or "gangsters".

Another reason why the SEC shall never do anything meaningful in taking the manipulative control away from these gangsters is because most, if not all, the management personnel in the SEC formerly worked for one of these brokerage houses.

Anyway, nice to hear from you. Please excuse my opinions here if you do not agree with me and the best of luck to Tony in defending himself against these allegations.
