Morning Jorj That is a interesting post. I'm thinking I will try what I did last Dec. when the energy guys got beat up on because of ENE. I bought 5 stocks in that sector (MIR, CLP, DVN, CRK and SGR I did 25% as a whole on them despite my 2 lousy picks of CLP and MIR So I ran a screen and there are 48 gold and silver smallcaps (<500ml marketcap) only 21 of them are on the on the AMEX, NYSE or NAZ I would like to stay away from the BB 18 of them trade for less than $10 a share one of them did not have any volume Fri. and has a 10 day average volume of 3K, GSTD eliminated it so I am at 17 They are NYSE ASL GLG HL KGC TVX AMEX BGO CAU CBJ ECO KRY RIC VGZ NAZ DROOY PASS RANGY SSRI USEG Also I think fri. was one of if not the slowest trading day of the year and look at the volume on these suckers compared to there 10 day siliconinvestor.com Will narrow the field some more later and post, but have to go play golf now, gotta keep your priorities in order<g> Any and all input would be appreciated Perry
