Just to be clear, it was Ga Bard that said that he spoke with me on the phone. I never spoke with Anthony (and he never made that assertion).

One of the things that bothers me the most is that, if the allegations are true, Anthony has provided a bunch of other crooks with a weapon to support their scams. Shorting is being made out to be a relevant part of the equation and that it is inherently bad. It should not be lost in the noise that many of the targets of Anthony's trading were real POS organizations that were trying to steal money from the investing public.

Because Anthony may have screwed up does not mean that anyone that shorts a stock or tries to identify scams is bad. Quite the contrary.

If Anthony ever really cared about helping out the little guy, he should think about the fact that he has given the scammers one of the best weapons they could ever dream of.
