He tried to liquify the account before 9/11 so I think he is off the hook on this one, I mean I dont think he is that stupid to make it that obvious.

As far as using web sites to support his trades,I think this is pumping(or deflating)

I say the only charges that are going to stick are the trading on FBI information and extorting shares(for covering,I think?)

I say he gets 5 years suspended after 2 after a long court battle as long as he can tap into those offshore bank accounts to pay the lawyers.

Does anyone know if they will auction off those vehicles?
I could sure use a bentley on the cheap.

no double standard.

i dont have an opinion about what tony did or didnt do since i just read about it in the paper and havent really followed up on the drama but tony is not my business, on the other hand that lying pig is.
