OFF TOPIC:

If one is going to be buying a contemporary AMD based
motherboard, but running ordinary business applications,
does it really make any difference in performance that is
noticeable, on a board which will run either PC2100 memory or PC2700 memory to use the PC 2700, with say, an XP1800?

Further, does going to Cas 2 in PC2100 provide a noticeable gain?

Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

Best wishes,
Jim
