i've been reading articles for some time now how foreign money has been bailing.....this is nothing new.. even seen reports on t.v as they were speaking out of both sides of their mouth......pumping up stocks with buys to the viewing public after saying foreign money is leaving... there are even some folks on t.v saying you are better off playing foreign markets for the next few years because we aren't going anywhere..... looking at charts....i can see that...
