"confiscate" the properties of bona fide terrorists

If it were indeed the property of the terrorists, I think there would be no question that the terrorist's property should be used to compensate the families of the victims.

But this is punishing the parents, the sisters, the brothers, the grandparents, etc., for the act of one person who did not even own the property.

Given the many, many suicide/homicide bomb attacks even after the policy was adopted (more than 20 years, obviously) I don't see how anyone can argue with a straight face that it's actually a disencentive.

Not to mention being a violation of international law. There is no collective guilt being punished. It is morally wrong to punish innocent people.

Both Israeli and Palestinian children should be safe.

Ah, screw it. I am beating my head against a brick wall.
