Can you hear me now? Occasionally, because of Verizon's spotty coverage even on the major highways leading to New York City. Even though Verizon is slowly introducing data communications and other features (and I mean slowly), they still don't provide coverage in many areas of New York State, including key highways. I keep thinking that a company the size of Verizon ought to be the leader in 3G, but the reality is that Verizon has such a huge bureaucracy that nothing moves very fast. Response to local service problems is slow or non-existent. Can they hear me? I don't think so.

I saw one ad, a short 30 second spot showing someone browsing the web via MSN on a PocketPC. I missed the beginning, but I suspect that the image of color graphics of standard web browsing will pique interest. That wasn't the whole 30 seconds, though, just a small part. Pity.
