Tony might have gotten away with this scam if it weren't for Sept. 11th. The heightened scrutiny and new surveillance laws helped bring about his downfall. I just don't understand those who think it is acceptable to break the law because the end justifies the means - Oh Tony, it was okay because you were busting a scam company. If you switch it around, this concept would mean the government could violate the U.S. Constitution in every conceivable way if it meant bringing down the bad guy -Oh Government, it is okay because you were busting a scam man.
