I think we can safely assume that in 1998-1999

about the last thing the FBI brass was interested
in was bothering the stock market much. So agents
took their own actions - like frustrated agents did
when FBI brass tried to sweep the "20th hijacker"
under the carpet last August.

It's one big mob owned and run mess. But the fraud
nuclear bombs haven't even started going off.

I hear the scams the FBI were investigating were from leads they got from Anthony Pacific to begin with..
