Read Paragraphs 19, 20, and 64 of the indictment. What do you suppose is the reason that Royer was accessing the data base at the beginning of October with the purpose of searching for Elgindy's name? Who is the unnamed party in 64 (a) and (d) and why was he searching the data base for that name?
