I think some hearing correction is in order, about "what
they say". If you happen to be
ever around a real silicon development, you would know
first thing that the "pre-silicon" "validation" is called
"verification", in "their" professional circles. Therefore
all your "theories" about amount of efforts to boot
into Windows are proven to be a deep FUD, on grounds of
continuous misuse of professional terminology.

Sorry, if you are outside the circle, the real tech
lingo is not easy to grasp.
