I would think that his big problem is the previous convictions. If this is his "3rd" time, he could get life with no parole. The Feds have minimum mandatory sentencing. The judge has very little discretion and he serves 85% of the time. His major problem, however, as I have stated on the other board, is staying alive if he is any way connected to 9/11.

There is an old C&W song, "when the arm is down, the bells are clanging and the whistle is screaming in pain, and you stand on the tracks, ignoring the facts, don't blame the wreck on the train".

IMHO
