A: What is OID?
B: Now that you've asked, the private threader participants will undoubtedly contact you, they just don't like me because I've been sticking it to LVLT since $130 per share
C: Ask the threader who made the statement about the pricing his/her sources

There is not a shred of hurry in LVLT for at least another 6 months...and a brick wall around 8.50 per share.
No hurry and I wouldn't touch it.

If you want a safer way to play LVLT, look at the bonds now priced in the high 40's with an 11% coupon, and seniority over the stock if LVLT ever does face a BK threat. The total return in interest and capital gains through maturity in 2008 is considerable.

Still a spec play, but a somewhat more protected way to speculate.
