Neckline is a little sloppy, but looks to be about 21. With head at 30, target should be ~12 which indeed would be a nice short.

There seems to be some support ~20 and 200d sma is at 19.34 and rising, so we will know more if/when these are taken out.

Looks like it is worth keeping an eye on.
