You're really into surveys...Humanevents surveys, Pew polls. Perhaps that's the main difference between you and I. You worry about what people think. I worry about Arms Control Treaties that are vacuous; a World Trade Center disaster that may have been prevented [with Mueller covering]; the development of the an SDI system that increases the risk of attack against the US [consensus report of the intelligence community]; an Administration that stops the purchase of excess weapons grade plutonium from the Russians, thereby increasing the risk that it will fall into the hands of terrorists or rogue countries; detaining aliens just so the Justice department can 'look good'; fabricating that Cuba is exporting bio-terror technology when there is no intelligence to support it; trying to force a regime change in Iraq, having no idea whether or not someone more radical may take over [from the JCS]. Tim, you and I just have a different set of priorities as to what's important. jttmab
