rr, Some of those rescues were like Jayne Mansfield's publicity machine. She seemed to be rescued from a desert island every other week. I felt bad when she got he head cut off in a car wreck, but I kept waiting for her to pop up to talk about the marvellous surgeon who saved her. Or celebrity heroics. Nearly every week in the paper, some celebrity is saving somebody from something. For awhile, it was always Tom Cruise. <g>
