Chickenhawks, indeed.

I see Ted Nugent, the gun hypocrite, happened to miss out on his chance to demonstrate the truth of his convictions.

I heard him today on Crossfire, making a little bit of sense here and there, until I heard him saying proudly the nickname for his 9 year old daughter after she shot her first game was "Lee Harvey Nugent". Now that's reeeeaaaal class, especially in training your own daughter to respect life, law, and country.

TehasHombre,

Great list of slackers. I just sent a new nomination to the editors of Chickenhawks:

<Copy>

Sirs,

Thanks for the wonderful list of "Chickenhawks".

Another notable Hollywood faker to consider is Marion Morrison. Born in 1907, he decided to jump
past his competitors like Jimmy Stewart and Henry Fonda in 1942 by using his married status as a reason to avoid
volunteering for military service in the wake of Pearl Harbor's devastation. As "John Wayne", a phony name for a phony man, he played a lot of war heroes, while he ran away from anything resembling patriotism, except the pose.
A true blue Chickenhawk, in my book.

Please let me know if he makes the "cut". :)

Loved your website and your attitude!

All the best, Ray
