Sorry Bear, but YOU get your head out of the sand... There was NO mischaracterization. I correspond with YOU and YOU told me you were negotiating with Tony. Here you acknowledge that again: "after giving tony 6 weeks to take care of it directly with friend". The entire matter became a battle of egos (again) between you and Tony, and no longer an issue of fees. Tony didn't want to be pushed, so he stalled. You were already gone when he commented about this. I don't approve of his handling of the matter, but my description reflects what I know about it. I stand by my description. P.S. BTW, You're the guy on AOL because you admit technology is too challenging for you, so don't imply you're bright enough to figure out the html on your own. I unraveled it on MY own, however, and it was simple to do so. The unsolicited insult speaks volumes about your character. No wonder your "friend" is history...
