The indictment clearly said AP met Royer in late '99. Floyd and I were predicting those halts as far back as Jan 99. I do remember quite a few of our predicted halts that never happend )cyoe for one) but certainly should have been halted to protect investors and that was eventually realized in everyone we ever predicted. Jan 29 is still know as HALT day in this neck of the woods since we were holding 3 of the 6 stocks short that were halted that day. Thanks again to all the contributors to the "One Big Scam" thread here on SI. In my opinion that was the real beginning of getting a truly comprehensive information co-op set up here on SI and thru emails that has led to so many of these penny scams being torn apart here in a public forum. And in any group there will always be at least one that pushes things past the limit of the law. Certainly not an indictment of the group or the process of sreading info on the POS's that are still allowed to trade.
