This is a flip side of free web publishing - no peer review, and seriously inaccurate publications capture eyes of unsuspecting readers. Bad. The guy has obviously tried hard, but to mess up so much ideas of the most important part of cache coherence protocols - bus snooping - almost negates all the effort. I would suggest that if an article is not signed at least as "assistant Professor" of EE and comes form an "...edu" URL, do not confuse yourself by reading it, except for fun, or own research. - Ali
