And it also should be noted that this group was the subject of a full article in BARRON'S several weeks ago, in which some of their comments were really off the wall. The reason, however, that the comments are important is that they reflect some of the thinking in the investment community and explain why so many institutional investors (the clients of the Precursor Group) are down on the whole telecom sector.
