Oliver do you know the difference between an employee and working together for a joint venture? In this case the JV failed, and within the industry it is widely know which party has lost its reputation and which one has preserved and increased its reputation. It is also known which party damaged which. It seems to me that a you are missing a lot of pieces. Konfuzius says: "Do not trust the man who shouts the loudest."
