I've always wondered why the officers of Go2Net didn't seem concerned that Merrill had cut their price target on INSP from $175 to $100 roughly three months before the deal was announced.

I don't know...maybe they were happy with the settlement, and didn't want to rock the boat.

If we go back on the boards here, I KNOW that was mentioned at least a time or two....When other companies are planning on merging...wonder how many of us feel like buying one share of stock, and going to warn all the shareholders and the press of what happens with mergers...using the GNET/INSP merger as a poster child of BAD ..........

I STILL want to know exactly what was going on in the board meetings of both companies BEFORE Russell and the others left!!!
