To regard Jesus "as God" is not an insignificant belief. Nor is it complex. Well to deify and bestow Godhead upon Jesus is every Christian's right ....but Jesus was only one player upon the scene of mankind's evolving moral & philosophical stage and increasing experience and sentience . Jesus was only one of many that took the route of asceticism , acting without regard to owning things , practicing compassion looking behind the veil of differences and regarding sentience of the "GREAT EXPERIENCE" of "life" more important than possesions . It is well in the world of men's beliefs that Christians finally learn to grow more experienced to understand that their worship of this one teacher is of their choice , but that the choice of others to envision their own path to salvation may be in the image and example of another similar leader of hearts and teachers of compassion and love . It is an important matter of "belief" and tolerance that goes hand in hand with the essential "experience" of "it". There is , and has been for centuries a concerted effort by Christian missionaries , up to this very day to supplant the belief systems of others . If "it" is energy as you say then "it" would fall into the category of the proper management, sentience , and conservation and storing of "it" . But not to the extent that one would directly impose your own conception of "it" upon others , that have their own precious conception and relationship already to "it". No religious tradition of the great religions are superior or more "true" than others . "It" would be of the greatest testimony to the creed and veracity of christianity , if they were to have been as tolerant of other beliefs as those believers were accepting of them ....the Sufis, or the Jains , or the Buddhists , or the Hindus or the Taoists etc etc ....all very good paths too. But "it" is strange world isn't "it"? "It" would not really matter at all if Buddha or Jesus ever existed at all , or performed the miracles they were said to perform , for "It" would still exist anyways ...in your own heart , if "it" really exists ....and "it" is timeless and eternal. So , how do you know what this "It" is ? Because you have loved too much and glimpsed a small piece of "it" yourself ? Love works .... ;-)
