I believe the LU_w (lucent w/out agere) is a pretty good indication of where LU will be a/f the spin. The spread between LU (lucent w/agere) and LU_w + AGR.A_a + AGR.B_w has been zero by the end of the day's trading most days I've checked. Right now it's a/b $.04

LU-(LU_W+(AGR.A_w/92.768991)+(AGR.B_w/3.779818))

Now, some may dump their LU once the AGR hits their accounts, putting downward pressure on the then only LU. Volume has been low on LU_W, indicating most want the AGR shares. I imagine there'll be less dumping of AGR a/f the spin is completed.

I'll be holding both for a while, averaging out as the share price appreciates.

Alex.
