Oh it has value, it just has no "value add". CSCO stock might not be worth the price of the stock, but the technology behind the company has a value to the world far greater than gold because it made so many other things possible. That's why I said tech has value even when it fails. All successful inventions are created from the ashes of previous failed ones. An idea is always far more valuable than mere money. This is why you had so much money chasing so few ideas. People had more money than ideas.
