I shouldn't make light of it, I know. It actually scares the hell out of me. The chances of their neighbors getting a little bit twitchy are pretty high as well.

Damn, I was laughing at Jori's post and then you had to bring up the sober reality of the situation. It is pretty sobering. I vote in favor of them letting the US be the only country in history that was ever inhumane enough to unleash a nuclear weapon on another country.
