Other than the repeated reference to "Elgindy, alleged stock swindler", it doesn't appear to be overly sensationalistic. They did give his attorney what is essentially a rebuttal blurb. They showed an excerpt from his chat room where he said he was liquidating. Right above that there is a comment "Frank Goelo is a Crim". Bet Frank isn't too happy about that press. But I agree with you, I didn't like the guy, but I think that what is happening in the press just ain't right.
