Agreed. And notice how nobody cares about the recent allegations against Merrill or the implication of CNBC/Cramer and other analysts? Hey! Are those black helicopters flying over Wall Street???

It is truly scary that one government official can lay waste to someone's life with such ease. That "he may never be charged with anything" is also scary. For all intents and purposes, he's been charged, tried and convicted already by the Feds. And his punishment is the time he's serving right now - and it could be awhile (they kept OJ in jail for a year denying him bail), they've seized all his property, assets, business, websites, etc., making it impossible for him to get back in business - basically, they've already destroyed him. Goes a long way for keeping a low profile.
