WR- Well why post here which is a thread mainly about a great American comms technology.

Yuo might have invested in Russia which has over roughly the same time done much better than gold, or even Korea or even Thailand. In fact even the Indonesian stock market has gone up while thewhole NAZ has floundered.

So what is the big deal about gold? Yes its gone up but plenty of other things have gone up a lot more. I have some Korea but I don't crow about it day in and day out and slag off the American stock exchanges in the process.

And as for QCOM wallowing well we have all been waiting for the release of 1X in the US. We do not have long to wait now, maybe six weeks or so.

We also had some quite pleasant and even unexpected news from Japan for the April KDDI numbers that no-one expected.

The wating will soon be over. It may not end up as we hoped but that is what markets are all about but at least it is based on a decsion based on a technology that ought to win against competition from any rival technology.

I have no idea why gold should go up or down in price.

I know why QCOM should.

Best,

L
