It wouldn't hurt. What's the harm in someone understanding we live in a republic? Or that we have an Electoral College that elects the President. Sure would save all the ridiculous hand-wringing and cries of injustice that we heard about the popular vote and our recent election. I'd bet naturalized citizens have this concept in hand. Why expect less of the common citizen?

The critical need is to prevent the kind of electoral fraud perpetrated by the Gore henchmen in 2000. This kind of crime must be PREVENTED, as punishing for it is already after-the-fact...
