Now that is a very Third Wayish idea.

BTW, the term 'social justice' was first used by Pope Leo XIII in his great encyclical Rerum Novarum.

Collective action (lefty catchphrase if there ever was one) implies government coercion. So much for his commitment to individual freedom.
