I said it half in jest but what do you think Red Cross disaster aid, Salvation Army thrift stores and non profit food banks across banks are buddy. Bush's plan is to have non governmental aid pick up any slack if economy gets worse. If you think your 10% Bush tax cut comes without any strings attached you are surely deluded as bulllish stock investors were in early 2000.
