Dave, welcome back - board was pretty quiet today. Likewise the 2 slowest trading days of the year were Friday followed by today - which is a good sign on a falling market as opposed to a heavy sell off.

AIRM continues its base building above 10 and just might shoot over 11 one of these days. Poorman even had a slightly positive day so not all stocks are going down and that is without any gold - if vet can believe that. LOL

I would have loved to have bought and held GG from 10 area when it went in my database but if I were to buy now it would ruin gold for everyone else.

Bruce

<I can apply it to things other than gold too. > Of course that's right Dave. We all have our doubts and fears some rational, others irrational but if we are going to succeed overall we have to broaden our base and apply our reason and knowledge to overcome those doubts.

Gold is just the current example where, if you applied normal technical and fundamental analysis every intelligent investor would be aboard and doing well. But the fears and doubts built up by the persistent knocking by the so called analysts and experts with vested interests to protect takes a lot to overcome.
