Dan Niles, as an analyst, is only slightly better than Henry Blodget. For the fact that Niles actually has a degree in Electrical Engineering, he should have a better feel for technology. But in the 15 years since his masters, he has put his head up too many CEO's asses, and drank too many bottles of rum, while pissing off too many institutions. Now his knowledge of the semi industry is as good as James Cramer's or Martha Stewart's. His recent calls on INTC and the semi sector has been great for 60 minute scalper trades. Somebody should look into his uncles and aunts trading logs.....
